We work exclusively with Wholesale Investors as defined by the Corporations Act. A minimum investment amount of $250,000 applies, and eligibility must be verified prior to participation.

Can I buy property from a Giumelli Group development without being a Wholesale Investor?

Yes. While our investment opportunities are exclusive to Wholesale Investors, once a development is complete, the stock (e.g., Light Industrial Warehouses or Self Storage Units) may be available for purchase by the general public.
